What this website collects

Browsing chironpsych.com does not require an account. The website itself does not store personal information. Three outside services are used:

• Appointment and contact forms are provided by Jotform. What you enter in a form is sent to Jotform and delivered to Chiron Psychological, Inc. Jotform’s own privacy policy applies to how it handles that data in transit and storage.
• Google Analytics collects anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type, approximate region) so we can understand how the site is used. It does not identify you by name.
• Google Maps displays our office locations. Loading a map sends your browser’s request to Google.

Health information

Please do not include detailed health information in a website form. Clinical information is handled through our intake process and is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices, available on the New Patient Forms page.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your use of this site.
